My story

Welcome to my blog! I spend my days working in the fields of marketing, social media and public relations, and my nights trying to visit as many new restaurants, see as many shows and visit as many friends as possible. I was born and raised in Arizona – and yes, I do love the 100 degree temps. I attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a degree in Journalism before moving to Washington DC to pursue a job in communications (go Wildcats). While in DC, I decided eight hours of sleep was just too much, so I attended Georgetown University, graduating with my Master’s Degree in Public Relations in 2009. Outside of my work and my love/addiction for social media, I try to volunteer with a couple of my favorite charities, including American Cancer Society and JDRF, and travel as much as my vacation time and budget allow.
